At DIG, we are committed to produce open and reproducible science. Most of our publications are accompanied by codes, which you can findin our Github organization.
As integrated part of our research activities, we are also actively developing and maintaining a number of open-source software packages, as detailed below.
A Python library aimed at solving large-scale inverse problems in an efficient manner, whilst writing computer code that resembles the underlying mathematical formulation.
A lightweight extension of the PyLops library to compute operators on HPC systems via Dask - Currently unmaintained
